Unlike conventional jump-form systems — project-specific and largely disposable — the T1-Series is designed for disassembly, transport and redeployment. Value across multiple projects, waste across none.

One engineered package.

The T1-Series integrates modular formwork, working decks and perimeter protection into a single reusable platform for concrete-core construction. Every component is a standard catalogue item with fixed connection details — any core geometry is built from the same set of interchangeable parts.

90–98% of a typical system redeploys directly to the next project. Bespoke adaptation is scoped to the minority of conditions that genuinely demand it — not as the default.

Full perimeter cladding, integrated guardrails, stairs and mid-level decks. No secondary scaffold, no external edge protection required.

5 kPa general + 20 kPa+ local stacking zones. Geometry adjusts for cranes, CPBs, rebar cages, MEP modules, pre-loaded stairs, cast-in nodes.

135 mm shutters

Proprietary 4-bolt moment connections — no strongbacks. Full roller retraction with integrated walk-through shutter doors. No ducking.

05 · ACCESS

Open-plan

Space-frame braced columns replace conventional bracing — structure, vertical ladder access and mid-level decks combined. Full access to the formed face.

06 · DEPLOYMENT

Rapid

Off-site pre-assembly of decks and sub-assemblies with just-in-time delivery. Shutter changes and wall-thickness adjustment without structural reconfiguration.
