  • Lobby slabs, permanent stairs (precast or steel), and MEP risers built within the jump form cycle
  • Top deck: 5 kPa general + 20 kPa+ local stacking to pre-load materials off the critical path
  • Pre-fabricated rebar cages accommodated in heavily congested areas
  • Frame-mounted crane for final install of heavy elements

Jump-Lift Integration

  • Fully integrated jump-lifts within the cycle — removing ~£250k per lift of conventional systems
  • Passenger access to within 4 storeys of core top (vs 10+ with conventional)
  • Fixed and free-hanging configurations with integrated waterproofing deck
Fully 3D modelled with complete BIM integration. Every component is parametrically modelled, enabling design-stage visualisation and clash detection before any steel is cut.

Aluminium Shutter System

The T1-Series is engineered as a complete platform. All parameters reflect design limits developed from over a decade of high-rise deployment experience with the predecessor system across UK, UAE, and Canadian markets.
Predecessor Track Record

The T1-Series was designed by the same engineer who personally led the design, engineering, and delivery of 15+ system deployments using the predecessor M-TECH platform. These are production deployments — not prototypes or trials.

Tier 1 specialises in maximising the value of existing material through a four-tier asset classification.

1. Reuse As-Is

Existing material that fits directly into the new design — zero fabrication cost.

2. Refabricate to Modular

Correct steel profiles, cut and welded to T1 standard lengths — serves this project and every future one.

3. Bespoke Adaptation

Minimal refabrication for this project only — used where modular conversion is not economic.

4. New Modular

Supplement with new T1 standard components — immediately ready for redeployment on the next job.
